Good for client management

I got the Agency Unlimited Plan about a month ago because my client list was growing, and I needed something better for CRM. HighLevel popped up. It's been pretty solid. Managing all my clients in one spot with the CRM Software is way better than what I was doing before. The Unified Conversations Inbox is also a nice touch, makes keeping track of communication easier. There's a lot to it, but it seems to handle everything pretty well overall.

Solid platform, good support

I jumped on the Agency Unlimited Plan after trying the 30-day free trial. The onboarding process was smooth; the Professional Services Setup helped a lot with getting everything configured correctly for my agency's needs, which was a huge plus. I've used the Funnel Builder quite a bit, and it's robust, letting me create effective sales funnels without much hassle. The Email Marketing Automation is also strong, and I appreciated the detailed analytics dashboard, which helped me track campaign performance. I had one small question about integrating a third-party tool, and their support team responded within a few hours, providing clear instructions. The platform felt comprehensive and delivered on its promises. I'm finding it to be a valuable asset for my client management and marketing efforts.

Are there any promo codes floating around for existing users? Or just for new sign-ups?

S Sam D. 1 month ago
Most of their deals are for new customers or come with annual billing. Existing user codes are pretty rare, sadly.

I haven't seen any specific promo codes for existing users. Usually, it's more about upgrading or renewal discounts if you're already in.

Quick question about the free trial. It says 14 days, but I've seen some ads for 30 days. How do I get the longer one?

J James Carter 1 month ago
You usually have to go through a specific affiliate link to get the 30-day trial. The main website often defaults to 14.

G Greg Reyes 1 month ago
Yeah, check out some HighLevel affiliates, they often have special links for the longer trial period. That's how I got mine.

Trying to decide between HighLevel and ClickFunnels. What are your thoughts on which one is better for an agency setting?

K Kevin 1 month ago
HighLevel is definitely more geared towards agencies, especially with the white-labeling stuff. ClickFunnels is good for sales funnels but not the whole client management suite.

Totally depends on what you need. If you're building a ton of funnels and that's it, maybe CF. But if you want to manage clients, email, SMS, and everything under your own brand, HL is the way to go.

Hey, thinking about the Agency Unlimited plan. Is there a cap on how many clients I can actually add to it?

T Tara 1 month ago
Pretty sure with the Unlimited plan, there's no cap on clients. That's kinda the point of 'unlimited,' right?
2
T Troy Vargas 1 month ago
Nope, you're good. The unlimited plan really means unlimited clients. You just gotta watch the SMS/email costs which are separate.

Does HighLevel have any Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales usually? Wondering if I should wait to sign up.

S Steve F. 4 weeks ago
They definitely do run promos around those times, yeah. I remember seeing some good deals last year.

Yeah, November and December are big for them. If you're not in a rush, might be worth waiting to see what pops up.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with their cancellation policy? Is it a hassle to stop a subscription?

G Gwen Z. 1 month ago
Nah, it was pretty straightforward for me. Canceled an old account a while back and didn't have any issues. No hidden fees or anything.

W Wendy W. 1 month ago
I think you can just cancel it right from your account settings. Pretty standard stuff, wasn't a big deal when I paused my account.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for HighLevel. Does anyone know if they offer any specific discounts for paying yearly or anything like that?

B Beth Carter 1 month ago
Yeah, I think if you pay annually you usually get like 2 months free. So it's cheaper than doing month to month.

R Rachel Foster 1 month ago
Can confirm, that's what I did. Works out to about 17% off the monthly rate.
